July’s Thinkwalks Secret Creek Exploration will include:
- 3 hour free hike on trails & stairways
- Multiple, unnamed springs along the cliffs above the Golden Gate
- Dragonfly Creek
- Unnamed tiny creek almost nobody alive has ever seen!
- Coyote Gulch
- Lobos Creek as a possible, nearby after-visit
This walk will be sometimes hilly, four miles or so in length and three to three and a half hours. The hike will be a loop starting and ending at the Rob Hill Campground.
This walk is part of the Thinkwalks free walk series (first weekend of each month) focused on creeks and springs. This will be more like a hike than the usual shorter Thinkwalks.
RSVPs welcome but not required for the monthly hike. Bring snacks to share—we’ll take a munch break with a great view. Feel free to call if you have questions.
